COVID-19 DETAILS

Shipping has been changing quickly. At first our free option was being delivered within 3-4 weeks and our paid shipping option was 2-3 weeks.

Due to the unforeseen circumstances. We had to remove our paid express shipping option. This option increased in price to a point where we don't think it's fair for anyone to to pay the amount.

Our free shipping option is the best we can do and this also increased by more than $13 for us on some items in the last couple weeks. The time it will take to receive these orders has also slowed down dramatically. It's hard for us to even give an estimate as things are changing so quickly. We can say 2-4 weeks but we really have no idea if this accurate, and no way to know. It can be more like 4-6+ weeks, but we will make sure things are right, even if it does take a while.

All of our products are being sanitized before packaging, then the packaging and one more time before shipping.

Shipping & Returns

- Most products on Supple Squid are custom printed just for you, and are subject to a 3-5 day (depending on the item) handling/printing period before they are dispatched.

- We will notify you by email or text when your items have been shipped.

We offer standard shipping, track and insured shipping and also express shipping in the USA.

Typically our standard shipping takes 1-3 weeks in the USA and 1-4 weeks for the rest of the world.

Track and insure shipping gives you peace of mind knowing your custom item will be printed first and shipped first, before all others. This also guarantees the arrival of the product with free resends if there are any problems related to shipping.

Express shipping is currently offered only to the USA. This improves the speed of the delivery to 7-12 days shipping time and it typically prioritized along with the Track and insure shipping in order for us to get you your package asap!

With this being said, as soon as the package leaves our facility, it is completely out of our hands. We have done all we can to set up the best, most direct shipping lines, but even then things can be delayed past our mentioned times here. The maximum shipping time is 4-6 weeks, after that we would most likely consider the package lost.

Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

We can only process cancellations for products ordered in a campaign cycle that has not closed. Simply contact us with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund. We are unable to cancel orders if the campaign cycle you ordered in has closed and the printing/production process has commenced.

We guarantee the products you receive will be in great shape in the size and style you ordered exactly as it appears on the site. If for any reason we made any kind of mistake or there is any kind of problem with the product, and only then, we will refund or send you a replacement. Please contact us at support@supplesquid.com and we will sort out a solution!

If you are ever unhappy with the items you have received in your order, please contact customer service! Do not return any merchandise to us without first contacting our customer service department. 

Products on Supple Squid are made-to-order and once they are sent to production after ordering, changes cannot be made. We do not hold inventory or stock and therefore we cannot do exchanges. If the mistake was ours, we will gladly accept returns and send replacements at no cost.
