When will you ship my items?

- All items are subject to a 1-5 day (depending on the item) handling period before they are dispatched.

- Most products on Supple Squid are printed on demand, meaning we make them as our orders come in.

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

(if you do not receive this email for any reason, please email us at support@supplesquid.com to get your tracking number asap.)

When will I receive my item(s)?

Please allow up to a maximum of  28 business days for delivery to USA, usual delivery time is 7-14 business days.

International order can take up to 42 business days on rare occasions but regular shipping is usually 10 - 21 business days.

Where are my items coming from?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

How do I cancel an order?

We can only process cancellations for products ordered in a campaign cycle that has not closed. Simply contact us with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund. We are unable to cancel orders if the campaign cycle you ordered in has closed and the printing/production process has commenced.

Returns?

If you are ever unhappy with the items you have received in your order, please contact customer service! Do not return any merchandise to us without first contacting our customer service department. 

Products on Supple Squid are made-to-order and once they are sent to production after ordering, changes cannot be made. We do not hold inventory or stock and therefore we cannot do exchanges. If the mistake was ours, we will gladly accept returns and send replacements at no cost.
