How do I know if my items are being made in the US? Below the "add to cart" button on each page you will a "MADE IN THE USA" badge. This is a collection of all USA made products HERE.
If you do not see this badge then those items are coming from our overseas printing facility.
Normally it would take 3-5 days to ship your order to you in the USA, however with COVID-19 still having an affect on us and the postal service, this has been increased to 4-10 business days. Please give us 2-5 day for processing time and an additional 2-5 day shipping time.
International orders are also affected taking 2-6 weeks for delivery depending on the end destination and an additional 2-5 days for processing. Most shipments to Canada or the UK take 2-3 weeks though.
All orders are printed-on-demand and custom made. We do not have massive warehouses with thousands of items on the shelves. All items in your order are handmade by us.

From there, you will be able to view information about your order. Please keep in mind, all orders are printed-on-demand and custom made. COVID-19 regulations have also slowed some ship times down so please be patient with us. Thank you!

Products on Supple Squid are made-to-order and once they are sent to production after ordering, changes cannot be made. We do not hold inventory or stock and therefore we cannot do exchanges. If the mistake was ours, we will gladly send replacements at no cost.
